In my work I like to explore the ideas of structure and the desire for it in ever-changing environments; concepts of structure and order influenced by time and other external factors; wanting to hold on to something static that is always evolving. In the paper collages, I'm creating images using a minimal number of structural elements or shapes to achieve the image.

It is human nature to seek a sense of structure in our lives, yet we live in a very random world.
